Description of Service

RepSize AI is a Chrome extension and web service that:

• Analyzes product images from Yupoo albums
• Detects size charts using AI technology
• Provides personalized size recommendations
• Maintains scan history for Pro users

User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account by:

• Signing in with Discord
• Providing accurate personal measurements
• Maintaining the security of your account

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

Subscription Plans

Free Plan

• 5 scans per day limit
• Basic AI accuracy
• No scan history storage

Pro Plan

• Unlimited daily scans
• Enhanced AI accuracy
• Permanent scan history
• Priority customer support

Payment Terms

For Pro subscriptions:

• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically
• You may cancel at any time
• Refunds available within 30 days
• No refunds for partial months

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Violate any third-party rights
• Upload malicious content or spam
• Circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Share your account credentials

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by RepSize AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Claim ownership of our AI models or algorithms

Disclaimer of Warranties

RepSize AI provides size recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• Perfect sizing accuracy
• Compatibility with all products
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

RepSize AI shall not be liable for:

• Incorrect size recommendations
• Purchases made based on our suggestions
• Lost data or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service:
